主要研究内容
鸟嘌呤四聚体(G-四链体)是一种特殊的核酸高级结构,其存在与原癌基因的转录、翻译,染色体端粒的稳定性,以及神经细胞的活性等密切相关,我的研究方向主要为采用多种生化分析方法探测合成及天然小分子化合物与G-四链体的选择性识别,从而为相关疾病的调控提供潜在手段。
